Intentional Kindness

Intentional Kindness

In Light of all the chaos that is 2020, I’m reflecting upon the power of Choosing a Mindset of Intentional Kindness consistently.

In any relationship, including the one you have with your own Self, whenever two Like-Intended Hearts Connect, neither experiences loss. They merge into One, unified expression of Love.

Think about the energy you experience during the experience of relating to Yourself and with others, what’s the Intention that directs your interactions?

What if you choose Kindness as your Intention?

Intentional Kindness crosses the boundaries set by this world and meets you wherever you are at any time, at any moment, in any instant.

Take heed though…Don’t be fooled by Kindness’ impostor: judgment. Judgment presents itself in the guise of kindness whenever you perceive a separation between you and the person you are ‘helping.’

Judgment and Kindness can’t co-exist; one must, and always does, yield.

Turn towards the memory Within you of true Kindness and embrace Being Present this instant.

You now know the way to remind others awakening is possible: Be awake and Reflect Light not night.

Listen for the calm and quiet within Kindness. It is within the silence where you hear the unspoken and experience the unsaid.

No words are needed to convey true Kindness; only your right mind is required to accept it.

True Kindness does not demand, it doesn’t compare; it merely is and exists wholly.

Embrace your own Kind Reflection and such will you see the faces of others reflected back to you.

As you stare into a “kind” reflection so does the image reflected stare into you.

It’s a matter of perspective.

When you reflect Kindness outside and look into its image so does the image reflect back to you the kindness you seek to experience yet have already deep within You.

Kindness is extending your hand to another without thought of reciprocation for you are aware already that when your hand reaches out to another so does their hand touch yours as well.

The Kindness reflected is what both of you perceive.

The simple decision to extend space and compassion outwards allows for you to receive it within as well.

You cannot express true Intentional Kindness without granting it to yourself as well.

See what shifts in your life: from choosing Intentional Kindness as the lens for perceiving all of your relationships, including the one you have with your own Mind and Body.
